Our team

BEAWEAR is powered by a diverse team of experienced developers, AI specialists, and business strategists who have been shaping the 3D fitting and fashion tech landscape for years.

Our vision

"We envision a world where clothing no longer needs to be guessed — it just fits."

We empower people everywhere to scan themselves, turning precise body data into better choices, fewer returns, and greater confidence. Our goal is to make accurate sizing the global standard in fashion — not the exception.

But we’re thinking beyond sizing.

We’re building the foundation for a future where fashion is made on demand and customized to you — not produced in excess. A future where your body is the blueprint, and your clothes are created for who you truly are — not who a size chart assumes you should be. Because the best fit will always be the one that fits you.

Our CEO

I’m Christian Lott, the founder and CEO of Scannery GmbH (Beawear)

For more than two decades, I’ve been dedicated to one central question: how can we create clothing that fits better, serves people’s needs more precisely, and leverages the power of digital technologies? My journey into this field began in the late 1990s, when I started working intensively with 3D body scanning – at a time when the technology was still in its infancy.

In 2002, I led one of the first pilot projects in Germany to introduce 3D body scanners into retail – at C&A, right inside the store. Our goal was to use precise body data to improve size recommendations and, ultimately, enable individualized clothing. That project marked my first major step into the world of digital customization.

Since then, I’ve contributed to various initiatives focused on building end-to-end digital value chains in the apparel industry – from scanning and data processing to visualization and on-demand production. One of my most meaningful experiences was being part of the adidas STOREFACTORY project, funded by the German Ministry for Economic Affairs. In a Berlin pop-up store, customers could design their own sweater, get scanned, and have their unique garment produced right there on-site. It was a powerful example of what local, digital, real-time manufacturing can look like.

What continues to drive me is the belief that technology should serve a clear purpose – improving people’s lives, strengthening businesses, and contributing to a more sustainable future. I see individualized, digitally supported production as a key piece of the puzzle for responsible consumption. That’s what I’m working on, with experience, passion, and a deep sense of what’s possible.
